They have motivated instructors to better their practice using encouragement and by fueling their passion for education. They were able to achieve this with a mind open to multiple perspectives. When met with negativity or preconceived judgement, others will be unlikely to come to you so openly to resolve conflict. We all have progress to make with communication. However, I hope that these opportunities for the staff to provide feedback won't continue to be deflected. We should constantly strive to improve our teamwork so we can be stronger educators for our kiddos.
